We are a small (but mighty!) team doing our absolute best to get your order out the door ASAP. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. This may be slightly longer during busy periods. 

Express orders are always prioritised. If you have selected express shipping, your order will be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 2 pm) or the following business day at the latest.

Please note: We do not dispatch orders on the weekend. If you have placed an order over the weekend, please allow until Monday for your order to be dispatched. This also applies to express orders.
