What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Most credit cards (including American Express), Afterpay, Zip Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and cash (in-store only).
Do Radical Yes Gift Cards/Credit Notes Expire?
Radical Yes gift cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. Radical Yes credit notes are valid for 3 years from the issue date.
How Do I Use My Gift Voucher?
Simply enter your 16-digit code (which you should have received in your email with your gift card attached) in the section that reads 'Discounts and gift card' at checkout, then click apply! Alternatively, you can redeem your gift voucher in-store!
How Do I Use My Credit Note?
To redeem your credit note, simply enter your 16-digit code (sent to you via email or text) into the 'Discount code or gift card' section at checkout. Alternatively, your credit note can be redeemed in-store!
