Checkout+ is a premium service designed to provide comprehensive protection for your order. For a flat fee of $3.98 AUD, customers receive end-to-end security, covering both the initial transit of the package and the facilitation of any subsequent returns.

By opting into Checkout+ at the time of purchase, you are entitled to the following:

• Complimentary Return Shipping (Australia Only): We provide a prepaid return shipping label via our Returns Portal at no additional cost.

• Exemption from Restocking Fees: The standard $10 administration and restocking fee (exclusive to refunds) is entirely waived. 

• Transit Insurance: Full protection against the loss, theft, or damage of your package during transit. Claims are processed directly through our team for immediate resolution.

If Checkout+ is not selected at the time of purchase, the following terms apply:

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the items to our warehouse.

• Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking and administration fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

• Liability: Radical Yes cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the courier during the transit process.
