Can I Return A Pair Of Shoes I Purchased On Sale?
Discounted items, including items purchased on sale (where a strikethrough price is displayed) or during a promotional period, are only eligible for a credit note or exchange.

Can I Return My Item In-Store?
Yes! If you can visit our Fitting Salon in North Melbourne, you are welcome to return your online order IRL.
How Do I Return My International Order?
Please return your international order to the address below: Radical Yes - 203 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC 3133, Australia. Please keep in mind that international return postage is at the customer's expense.
