When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and we aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. As a small team, there may occasionally be days when dispatch is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
FREE Standard Delivery for all orders $249 and over with Australia Post eParcel. $12 Standard Delivery for all orders under $249 with Australia Post eParcel. $15 Express Delivery with Australia Post eParcel Express.
Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?
Yes we do! We currently offer same-day local delivery via Uber within a 10km radius from The Fitting Salon in North Melbourne, or our Warehouse in Vermont. This option will appear automatically at checkout for eligible residential addresses.
Do You Offer In-Store Collect?
Yes! Depending on stock availability, you’re welcome to collect your order from The Fitting Salon in North Melbourne or our Warehouse in Vermont!
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders $249 and over. Any order under $249 incurs a $12 postage fee. All international orders incur a postage fee.
Do You Offer Express Shipping?
Yes! Express shipping is $15 with Australia Post eParcel Express. Express orders ship the same day (if ordered before 2 pm) or the following business day at the latest. Please note: Express Shipping is not a same-day delivery service.
How Do I Ensure My Order Arrives Before A Certain Date?
While we can't promise an exact delivery date, the best way to receive your order as quickly as possible is to select Express Shipping at checkout.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Radical Yes is excited to be shipping to the following selected international locations in partnership with Australia Post. Please see below for shipping locations, costs, and delivery estimates. We do not ship to the USA, UK, or EU.
How Do I Track My Order?
When placing your order online, please make sure to include your email address in your shipping/order details. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do I Need To Sign For My Delivery?
Radical Yes does not authorise parcels to be left unattended for safety and security reasons, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Can My Order Be Sent To a PO Box Or Parcel Locker?
Yes! All orders via Australia Post can be delivered to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, business, or residential address. Same-day delivery via Uber cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, as the customer needs to be at the address.
